Some users may experience an error when launching CyberCafePro 6.0 which says "No Network Available". This error pops up at start and then closes the CyberCafePro Main Control Station.
To fix this:

"Go to Control panel > Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options > Regional and Language Options > Advanced Tab> in Language for non-Unicode programs change to English (United States) > Ok > restart your computer and enjoy Cybercafepro 6! "
Windows 7 Users: Control Panel > Clock, Language and Region > Change location> "Adminsitrative" Tab > "Language for non-Unicode programs" area> "Change System locale..." button > change to "English (United States)"
Do this for all stations including the Main Control Station on your network.
